The Robinson/Pierpont text has no accents (in their first edition, which this is), and no apparatus. In view of their independent productions, we have an an amazing confirmation of the validity and form of the Majority Text, as it exists in the mass of Byzantine minuscules. Though Robinson/Pierpont display no apparatus, their text reflects years of careful preparations - much like the fabled Westcott/Hort text. |
